Job Description

Handles customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues related to Networking devices.

Maintains first call resolution with the customer.

Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

Position and sell pro support contracts to customers if their product is within 120 days from the date of purchase.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of Computer Science/Engineering, or any IT related courses. Certification on networking concepts preferred.

Should possess good English verbal skills and excellent logical reasoning.

Basics understanding of Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet, and Networking fundamentals.
