This approach creates a dynamic environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.We are hiring a Technical Support Representative to deliver hands on help desk and software support for internal and external customers. You will troubleshoot SaaS applications and related infrastructure, manage tickets and phone interactions, and work across technologies including MS Azure hosting, MS SQL, Oracle databases, web servers, mobile devices, printers, tablets, Crystal Reports, and Power BI. Configure new systems and execute upgrades for on premises deployments.
