Job Description:

  • Provide first-contact resolution through phone, email, and chat by troubleshooting client issues end-to-end
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Consumers and Sales, owning issues until full resolution
  • Deliver timely, engaging, and professional support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Autotrader products, services, policies, and internal systems
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to proactively prevent recurring issues
  • Handle multiple chats/calls/emails simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset
  • Be flexible with shifts and responsibilities as business and team needs evolve
