The Role

As a Technical Support (Admin), you will play a key role in supporting traffic signal operations and digitalisation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the conversion and validation of traffic signal modification records for integration into a centralised database.
• Reviewing intersection layouts, schematic diagrams, and control logic files to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved plans.
• Maintaining and updating digital repositories of traffic signal configurations, junction layouts, and timing schedules.
• Supporting version control processes to ensure technical documentation is current and reliable.
• Learning and applying new digital tools for traffic system documentation and archiving.
• Helping streamline workflows and templates to improve traceability and reporting efficiency.
