The LifeVest allows a patient’s physician time to assess their long-term arrhythmic risk and make appropriate plans. The LifeVest is lightweight and easy to wear, allowing patients to return to their activities of daily living, while having the peace of mind that they are protected from SCA. In this role, you will support and guide patients wearing the LifeVest, ensuring they receive clear, timely, and compassionate technical assistance.Job Description – Key Responsibilities
+ Daily Monitoring: Review detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, and identify cases of missing data transmission.
+ Patient Support: Provide direct assistance to patients for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers (TMs) to ensure resolution.
+ Documentation Management: Compile daily reports and document complaints related to patient calls and resolved technical issues.
+ Hotline Management:
+ Office Hours: Handle patient hotline inquiries (08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30).
+ After Hours: Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis with other members of the Italian Technical Support Team.
+ Logistics Coordination: Communicate with logistics partners, TMs, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges.
+ Device Checks: Perform general and baseline checks following new device fittings.
Required Qualifications
+ Native Italian speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken).
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
+ Strong interpersonal skills; respectful, friendly, and team-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally (with colleagues) and externally (with patients and customers).
+ University degree in scientific discipline or certification as a cardiology technician.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous experience as a Technical Assistant.
+ Solid knowledge of cardiology principles and practices.
+ Practical experience as an ECG technician.
