Job Title: Customer Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, commissioning photovoltaic systems, and resolving technical issues.
- A completed vocational training as an electrician or comparable technical training
- Experience in photovoltaic or energy systems is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering and familiarity with circuit diagrams
- An affinity for new technologies and basic knowledge in them
- The ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical problems
