Technical Support Specialist (Experienced)

We are seeking a technically skilled professional to support customers by cross-referencing enquiries to our product range and recommending suitable alternatives. The role also provides solutions support via email as a secondary scope (support in absence of Application Engineer).

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle internal and external customer enquiries professionally via email
  • Cross-reference customer requirements to our products and recommend alternatives
  • Maintain and enhance the cross-referencing tool and database
  • Deliver high-quality, fast turnaround product recommendations
  • Support technical enquiries, complaints, returns, and replacements when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams and UK technical/product support to improve service levels
