The Opportunity:

Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for answering technical inquiries from customers and associates. Respond to all technical queries from customers Avantor associates and our world-wide distributor base via e-mail and telephone on a daily basis offering technical support recommendations and advice.

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor/masters degree in science (chemistry biology or equivalent)
  • Experience: Professional experience in sales or completed commercial training with experience in sales of technical products
  • Comprehensive product and service knowledge
  • Language: English and French
