Position Overview

On behalf of our client a multinational law firm based in Dubai we are looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist. Reporting to the IT Manager you will be responsible for providing the office with technical assistance, advice and where necessary training regarding LAN/WAN hardware and software environments including but not limited to desktop/laptops, telephony system and AV video conference systems.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have proven UAE experience in a IT technical client facing role preferably within a professional services environment with knowledge of working on a IT service desk using call logging software. Fluency in English and an IT related degree is essential.
