About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high‑quality, solution‑oriented support for our products within the our client's ecosystem. You'll troubleshoot application issues, guide customers through resolutions, and ensure an exceptional support experience across voice and digital channels.

  • Provide technical and functional support for our software, including incident resolution and system configuration.
