We’re looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our team and support one of our global enterprise clients, working on large-scale learning platforms used by 900,000+ users worldwide.

Role Highlights:
• Provide technical support for learning platforms, e Commerce training systems, and certification tools
• Handle customer issues, escalations, and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with global teams in a 24×5 support environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1–2 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in escalation management
✔ Exposure to LMS or enterprise systems is a plus
Location: Gurgaon
Shift: Rotational
Work Mode: Work from Office
