Job Description

This role involves providing reliable technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across Mango Mass Media, supporting teams in a fast-paced media environment. This role is hands-on and requires strong problem-solving skills, quick response times, and the ability to support teams working in a fast-paced media environment.

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and required applications
  • Support employees with email, system access, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and internet performance
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC management
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, licenses, and documentation
  • Ensure data backup procedures and basic security protocols are followed
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up and revoking IT access
  • Provide timely resolution and clear communication to internal stakeholders


Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Linux, basic networking, storage, hardware troubleshooting, and common productivity tools
  • Experience supporting email systems, shared drives, and collaboration tools
  • Understanding of IT security and data protection practices
  • Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide practical solutions
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
  • Basic knowledge of server management or cloud tools
