Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric International Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in handling international voice processes and be willing to work in 24/7 shifts.


Responsibilities:


- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients

- Resolve customer queries and issues in a professional and courteous manner

- Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, FTR, etc.

- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required


Requirements:


- At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Process

- Graduation degree in any discipline

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in 24/7 shifts

- CTC: ₹4.5 LPA

- Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 dayoff (rotational week off)

- Shifts: 24/7 (flexible)

- Cab Facility: 2-way transport (Hiring Zone only)
