Technical Support Specialist (Intern)

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month

Preferred Location: Jaipur / Rajasthan

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist who can manage day-to-day internal communication, resolve technical issues efficiently, and maintain clear operational documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern tools, workflows, and real-time problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to internal Slack queries with accurate and timely technical guidance
• Troubleshoot issues across internal tools, product stack, and workflows
• Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and technical documentation
• Capture and preserve technical context from conversations and tasks
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear, structured summaries
• Track recurring issues and suggest process or documentation improvements

Work Model & Shifts

• Work Mode: 4 days WFH + 1 day in-office
• Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• First Month Onboarding: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (In-office)

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of common technology stacks (frontend, backend, and databases)
• Understanding of how web applications are structured (client–server architecture, APIs, deployments)
• Familiarity with at least one programming language or framework (e.G., JavaScript, React, Node.Js, Python, or similar)
• Ability to understand stack-related issues and communicate them effectively to engineering teams
