Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or remote assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, printers, drivers, operating systems, connectivity, and peripherals.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting in a clear and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and support software, drivers, and firmware updates.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
