Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Provide technical support for WIFI, applications, internet services, UPS, printers, gaming terminals, and CCTV.
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams and follow up on resolutions.
  • Maintain IT asset records, including tagging, storage, and tracking.
  • Generate IT service desk reports and endorsements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk or a similar role.
