- Good understanding IT Network, Switches and Topology.
- Ability to learn about specific product and processes.
- Research product samples to fully understand product.
- Respond to customers queries in a timely and accurate way to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific application and system features.
- Solving troubleshoots problems with customer and Software/Hardware related.
- Understating of LAN and Network, WIFI and routers.
- Installation of Application on remote computers, and server.
- 2+ years' experience into Hardware and networking or similar role and experience in Arcade or gaming industry is a plus.
- BSC or BCA in Information Technology or relevant diploma in hardware and networking.
