Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis. This is an on-site and night shift role at Ahmedabad.

Work Timings- 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST / Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Technical/Application Support and Troubleshooting skills - Provide expert support and resolve technical issues efficiently for end-users and clients.
• Candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
