Technical Support Specialist

The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Technical Support to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is responsible for performing weekly data center checks for physical security and environment conditions. Also, ensures smooth IT Operations and contributing to the effectiveness of organizational IT initiatives, focusing on optimizing computer hardware system.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Responding promptly to user inquiries and concerns in timely manner.
• Assisting with data center maintenance activities as needed, following established procedures and safety protocols.
• Escalating potential security incidents to the security team for further investigation and response.
