Customer Service Representative Job Description

This is a customer-focused role that requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Maintaining daily interactions with colleagues to meet productivity standards, receiving incoming calls, emails, and tickets for both Incidents and Service Requests.

The representative will serve as the initial responder within the hosted environment in notification, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. They must provide remote technical support via phone or remote tools while communicating effectively with customers verbally and in writing.
