Technical Support Specialist (Payments / POS Systems)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support U.S.-based Fintech using payment and POS systems. You’ll assist during onboarding and post-launch, troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues while delivering calm, high-quality customer support.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot payment applications and POS systems
  • Provide phone-based and remote support to non-technical users
  • Troubleshoot POS hardware, routers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues
  • Document recurring issues and help improve support processes
  • Maintain professionalism and ownership in high-pressure situations
