Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be providing technical support to customers, answering basic to complex questions on functions related to our software products.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure all of the customer’s questions and concerns are answered in a highly positive, professional, and customer-centric manner.
  • Offer solutions to technical problems, either by providing step-by-step guidance, remote support, or escalating complex issues if necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services the company provides to effectively assist customers.
  • Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higher-level technical experts.
  • Ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and with high-quality solutions.
