IT Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users on various tools and systems.

  • Proactively monitor support requests through various channels (ITSM, portal, Teams, email) to identify user incidents and service requests.

You will provide timely and effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you will train users on common tools and systems as well as company-specific applications based on processes/Knowledge Base (KB).

  • Previous experience in macOS environments is considered a strong asset.
