About the Role :

Our Client, Xiaomi is expanding its international operations, and we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing European team. If you're passionate about digital platforms, content operations, user experience, and community engagement, this is an opportunity to work directly with one of the world's top technology companies.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support Xiaomi's ecosystem platforms (including apps, content, and community tools) by:

Monitoring platform content and user activity to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance

Reviewing and managing user-generated content (UGC), including local language moderation

Executing daily operational tasks to keep the platform running smoothly

Providing insights and feedback on local trends, user behavior, and content performance

Collaborating with Xiaomi's international teams on improvements, updates, and market strategy

Ensuring community guidelines and global safety policies are followed

This role is similar to content operations/content moderation, with a strong focus on quality control, local market insight, and platform optimization.

Qualifications :

Based in Spain with full professional fluency in Spanish and English

Previous experience in content moderation, customer operations, support, community management, or similar is a plus

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently but collaborating with international teams

Reliable, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

This is a long-term, full-time independent contractor role under Xiaomi's international structure.

Monthly compensation range: USD 2,500 – 4,000, depending on experience

Paid via Xiaomi's global payroll partner (MKIT Holdings), legally structured for international engagement

Candidates retain the flexibility of a contractor model while working exclusively with Xiaomi

A stable, ongoing assignment with an equivalent workload to a full-time position
