What You'll Do

• Provide
  remote technical support
  (calls and emails, remote diagnostics, troubleshooting).
• Assist clients in the Dutch and German or French speaking markets.
• Communicate with customers and partners, ensuring excellent service levels.
• Collaborate with your team and contribute to continuous improvement.
