Job Description – Tier 2 Technician (Advanced Administration & Escalation)
Location: Bogotá, Colombia – Sura Rosales, Calle 72 #8‑24, Edificio Suramericana
Work Model: 4 days onsite + 1 day from home (non‑negotiable)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Role Overview
Solvo Global is seeking a highly skilled Tier 2 Technician to support advanced administration, troubleshooting, and escalations across a wide range of IT systems. This role is responsible for complex issue resolution, system integrations, and managing core platform configurations. You will also act as an escalation point for Tier 1 and collaborate closely with various IT departments.
