· Tech Support and Survey Operations
o Understanding of Linux Basics.
o Good with RDBMS and SQL queries.
o Nice to have experience in Client-Side Survey and Web Form Applications.
Nice to have an understanding of SurveyJS or other related Frameworks.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· 1 year of e xperience in IT or Tech Support Related roles.
Proficiency with Linux Basics Commands, RDBMS and SQL.
