Responsibilities

  • Mainly responsible for the installation, maintenance, and training of domestic and overseas client equipment and instruments (such as extractors, automatic pipettes, etc.)
  • Timely response to customer demands, able to flexibly use various remote processing methods to guide and solve emergency situations of client devices.
  • Provide training on equipment operation, fault handling, and technical application xcskxlj for internal and external customers of the company.

Qualifications

  • Doctor's degree, majoring in biology.
  • Proficient in English and French.
