Roles & Responsibilities
- To provide effective engineering and maintenance services covering Railway subsystems Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system and telecom systems.
- Primary point of contact for customer technical queries, incident, failures,...etc. for Level 3 & above investigations;
- To provide technical support to the User/Customer, undertaking technical tasks and providing answers to technical queries.
- Investigate the faults & restore and ensure meeting the contractual SLAs
