Technical Support / System Engineer (Mid / Senior)–Trading Systems

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations and technical support for trading systems, servers, and integrated systems
• Troubleshoot production issues across application, system, and network layers
• Analyze logs and monitoring data to identify root causes
• Work with third‑party technical teams and follow up on issue resolution
• Prepare incident reports and improvement recommendations
• Build and optimize monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes
• Assist with system deployment, configuration, and environment maintenance
• Write simple scripts (Python / Bash / PowerShell) to support automation and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Experience with trading systems / MT4 / MT5 / bridge systems
