The Technical Support Technician plays a key role in ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees across the organization. This hands-on role provides front-line support for computers, software, hardware and connectivity issues while managing requests through our ticketing system. Responsible for configuring accounts, deploying equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and contributing to clear process documentation.
