Job Description
OMODA | JAECCO Peru, part of the Chery Group, is seeking a Technical Support, Warranty & Quality Specialist to support our aftersales operations in Peru. This role focuses on assisting dealers with technical issues, managing warranty cases, and improving service and product quality in close coordination with local teams and HQ.
Location: Lima, Peru
Work Modality: On-site (100% presencial)
Professional requirements:
Graduated in mechanical engineering, mechatronic or automotive mechanics.
Two or Three years of experience in automotive aftersales; mechanic and electronic diagnosis; technical support; warranty and quality-related roles.
Good technical understanding of vehicles and aftersales processes.
Ability to communicate in English (mainly for technical and warranty communication with HQ)
Organized, responsible, and comfortable working with dealers.
Hands-on attitude, proactive, and focused on problem solving.
