Technical Support / Web Developer at O'Connor Plumbing
We’re looking for a versatile and resourceful technical professional who enjoys solving problems across both hardware and software. This hybrid role combines PC troubleshooting and setup, day‑to‑day IT support, and web/application development.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line PC triage, troubleshooting, and system setup for new and existing users
- Configure workstations, install software, and assist with basic networking tasks
- Support users with technical issues in a clear, patient, and solution‑oriented manner
- Develop and maintain websites, internal tools, and small applications
- Assist with client‑/server programming tasks and database‑driven systems
- Collaborate on technical projects, documentation, and process improvements
