Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and upgrade enterprise server and storage hardware.
• Provide internal support for office hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices across Windows, iOS, macOS and Android).
• Conduct vulnerability management using scanning tools such as Nessus.
• Remediate and automate software rollout using Ninite/PDQ.
• Configure and monitor anti‑virus software and mobile device management.
• Configure, patch and upgrade firewalls and switches.
• Achieve recognised cyber‑security accreditation.
• Manage video conferencing and enterprise‑level phone systems.
