Key Roles and Responsibilities

The IT Technician plays a pivotal role in the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of IT solutions for clients within Dubai.

  • Deploy hardware configurations (laptops/desktops/servers/network switches) and configure network settings (Cisco routers/switches/unifi networks).

Key job duties include:


  • Analyzing IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement;

  • Designing effective hardware solutions to meet client requirements;

  • Implementing high-performance software tools to streamline processes;

  • Providing exceptional technical support and resolving complex issues promptly.
