Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Schedule and follow up on technical interviews.
- Manage candidate documentation and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
