Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
  • Schedule and follow up on technical interviews.
  • Manage candidate documentation and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
  • Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
