About the Role



Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical roles for client supporting but not limited to state and public-sector clients.



Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with system integrators and implementation partners to fulfill project-based and long-term staffing needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand technical and compliance requirements
  • Execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks
