We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in REXX to lead and mentor a technical team while delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a technical team working on REXX development
• Design, develop, and maintain REXX applications
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery
• Mentor team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions

🔹 Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in REXX
• COBOL, JCL, VSAM
• Good understanding of software development best practices
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

🔹 Preferred Skills:

• Agile methodology experience
• Knowledge of databases
• Software architecture & design patterns
• Version control tools

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
• Certifications are a plus
