Job Description
We are looking for a strong Technical Team Lead who can take full ownership of architecture decisions, AI integrations, and mobile app development. This role is for someone who has already built and led complex web and mobile products end-to-end, and can guide a growing team while explaining technical choices clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall technical architecture for web, backend, AI integrations, and mobile apps
Work closely with founders to understand business goals and convert them into technical roadmaps
Lead and mentor full-stack, mobile, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX team members
Review and guide the design of APIs, data models, and system components for scalability and security
Oversee integration of LLM and AI services into web and mobile products
