Technical Team Lead - Full-Stack (Node.js) osapiens – Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain As a Technical Team Lead you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Business Partner Transparency (BPT) within our osapiens HUB. This enterprise‑grade platform helps companies comply with critical ESG regulations such as the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the Whistleblower Directive, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). In this role you will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 5‑7 engineers to build scalable, high‑impact solutions. You will shape the team’s technical direction, champion best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective solutions. Our osapiens HUB is a modern, enterprise‑grade development platform that enables businesses to build powerful applications without worrying about infrastructure, scaling, or failover. You’ll help develop and refine this cutting‑edge, serverless ecosystem while delivering meaningful solutions for international clients. This role is based in Madrid where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward‑thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in‑person collaboration. Key Responsibilities Write high‑quality, scalable code while mentoring and reviewing contributions from team members. Define best practices and make architectural decisions that drive high‑performance development. Facilitate stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient workflows. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Mentor engineers, providing guidance and creating opportunities for professional development. Research and introduce new technologies that improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a strong focus on mentoring. Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, developing scalable, high‑performance applications with modern full‑stack technologies. Deep understanding of agile development, thriving in fast‑paced, iterative environments and continuously improving team workflows. Excellent problem‑solving skills, breaking down complex business requirements into simple, effective technical solutions. Effective communication with stakeholders, collaborating seamlessly with both technical and non‑technical teams.
