We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in REXX to lead and mentor a technical team while delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead and manage a technical team working on REXX development
Design, develop, and maintain REXX applications
Conduct code reviews and ensure best coding practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Support project planning, estimation, and delivery
Mentor team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
Mandatory Skills :
Strong expertise in REXX
COBOL, JCL, VSAM
Good understanding of software development best practices
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills :
Agile methodology experience
Knowledge of databases
Software architecture & design patterns
Version control tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
Certifications are a plus
