Job Summary & Responsibilities

TECHNICAL LEAD (FULLSTACK)

ECB is looking for a Senior Technical Lead, for joining a company of Automotive field.

This is the world’s leading provider of software and services to the automobile
insurance claims processing industry. Created in 2005 with a vision to

nearly every market it serves. The company's essential, high-ROI software and

largest European and 8 of the 10 largest North American insurers.

key responsabilities

Technical
Lead: Microservices platform and tools that supports a
global stack of applications, related with JAVA, TDD, Spring Boot, NoSQL and
many other technologies.

Team
assigned: starting with 5 engineers.

Hand-on
profile

This
project will sustain lots of other projects made in different parts of the
world.

Tasks:
Team and technical management, architecture, code reviews, research new
technologies, write unit tests, legacy migrations, provide team a vision of the
project objectives, problem solving, meetings…

Create
an environment oriented to creative thinking, and cohesive team effort,
encourage creativity, coordinate with external and internal customers, work
with other manager and sponsors, and many others.

Technology
stack: Java (JEE, Spring stack), JS (Backbone, React/Redux, Polymer, Angular,
SASS, LESS…), Microservices, TDD, SOLID, Grunt/Gulp, Atlassian stack,
SAFe-Scrum, REST/SOAP webservices…
