Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Team Leader who will serve as the technical anchor and squad enabler for large bank software's GenAI-powered code rewriting/refactoring, also fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written). You will lead our own and coordinate with customer's engineering teams through modernization of legacy banking applications using the latest technologies (Java 17 , Spring Boot, Angular/React) and integrate AI-assisted development tools into delivery pipelines.
