Job type: Permanent Location: Wrightbus Closing date: Tuesday 17 Feb :00 The Job Summary: Wright Bus are looking for a Technical Trainer- Electrical who will be responsible for the planning, promotion and delivery of technical training activities in line with business strategy. Responsibilities: Ensure that each operator is trained and assessed against each of the core skills pertinent to their job role, through the delivery of initial and regular core skills training. Ensure all employees are trained against all necessary operations as dictated by the work package. Ensure all new and existing employees are clocked to training where applicable and the process of on the job training is followed. Review workmanship defect information daily and identify training needs, and proactive solutions to aid in the reduction of defects.
