Technical Trainer – Full Stack Development & Competitive Programming

Job Description

We are hiring skilled Technical Trainers to train engineering students in Full Stack Development and Competitive Programming & DSA as part of our advanced training curriculum. The role involves delivering high-quality sessions, mentoring students through hands-on practice, and preparing them for real-world software development and coding interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development Training

• Deliver training on React.js (Context API, Redux Toolkit), Material UI , Ant Design , and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) .
• Teach backend development using Node.js , Express.js , Microservices , WebSockets , and Socket.io .
• Train students on authentication techniques such as JWT , OAuth , RBAC , and secure coding practices.
• Conduct DevOps sessions on Docker , Docker Compose , Kubernetes basics , and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Guide students in deploying applications on AWS EC2 , Firebase Hosting , and serverless platforms.
• Mentor students through hands-on labs, assessments, and full-stack capstone projects.

Competitive Programming & DSA Training

• Train students in advanced Data Structures & Algorithms : Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming, Greedy Algorithms, Heaps, Tries, Backtracking, etc.
• Conduct competitive programming sessions on platforms like LeetCode , Codeforces , and CodeChef .
• Mentor students for coding rounds of top tech companies (FAANG, Product-Based Firms).
• Run mock contests, coding tests, debugging sessions, and performance reviews.
• Guide students in writing optimized solutions in C++ , Java , or Python .

Required Skills

Full Stack Development

• Strong expertise in React.js , Node.js , and Express.js .
• Knowledge of Microservices , Serverless functions , AWS Lambda , Firebase Functions .
• Experience with Docker , GitHub Actions/Jenkins , and cloud deployment workflows.
• Good understanding of OAuth , JWT , and API security.

Competitive Programming & DSA

• Strong command over Algorithms , Data Structures , and problem-solving.
• Expertise in C++/Java/Python .
• Experience solving medium-hard problems on competitive coding platforms.

Qualifications

• M.Tech or MCA preferred (B.Tech + M.Tech acceptable).
• 2–5 years of experience in full-stack development, competitive programming, or technical training.
• Strong communication, explanation, and mentoring skills.
• Competitive programming profiles (Codeforces/LeetCode/CodeChef) are a plus.
