Key Responsibilities:


Enablement :

Design and deliver contextual, role-based learning journeys, with distinct,

non-templatised use cases for:

  • Enterprise customers spanning end-users, business leaders and domain owners who often act as citizen developers, and core IT professionals including developers and solution architects
  • Strategic partners and Global System Integrators (GSIs), who operate across multiple enterprise platforms and technology stacks and play a critical role in vertical integrations, solution co-creation, market expansion, and revenue growth
  • Internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services, where enablement directly impacts deal quality, implementation success, delivery consistency, and long-term customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales leads, and Professional Services stakeholders to perform Training Needs Analysis
  • Enable Professional Services teams with advanced implementation-focused workshops
  • Measure training effectiveness using assessments, adoption signals and delivery outcomes


Solution Development:

Contribute directly to customer solution development alongside Professional Services

  • Design, build, and review:
  • Data models
  • Business workflows
  • Automations and integrations

Translate real project learnings into:

  • Enablement content
  • Workshops
  • Best-practice guidance
  • Act as a technical benchmark for solution quality and implementation
  • standards


Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in low-code application development, designing
  • learning journeys, enabling GSIs, leading solution delivery
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain structured courses for a
  • learning platform (Kissflow Academy or equivalent)

Proficiency in:

  • Instructional design principles
  • Course structuring and learning paths
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools

Solid understanding of:

  • Data modeling
  • APIs and integrations
  • Workflow and automation design
