The organization is seeking a Technical Trainer to design and deliver high‑quality learning experiences that support product adoption, user enablement, and internal capability building.
Responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality training materials, including onboarding guides, instructor‑led decks, self‑paced content, workflow walkthroughs, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Create structured technical training modules covering product features, APIs, SDK usage, integrations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions, workshops, demos, hands‑on exercises, and Q&A sessions for internal teams and external users.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to gather information, track product changes, and ensure content accuracy.
