Job Description

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions using actual training equipment.

  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation in line with Palfinger standards.

  • Ensure all technical content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product developments.

  • Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe, effective learning environment.

  • Deliver technical training courses for customers, service partners, internal technicians, at our training academy, on-site at the customers plant or remotely.

    • Your Qualifications: 

  • Strong technical background in marine engineering or mechanical and hydraulic systems, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.

  • Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or technical mentor is preferred.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on field experience with hydraulics products.
