Technical Trainer

Job Description

We are hiring a skilled Technical Trainer – Full Stack Development to train engineering students on modern full-stack technologies as per the Full Stack–II curriculum. The trainer will deliver sessions on advanced front-end development, scalable back-end services, microservices, DevOps, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

∙ Deliver training on React.js (Context API, Redux Toolkit), Material UI, Ant Design, and PWAs

∙ Teach backend development using Node.js, Express.js, Microservices, WebSockets, Socket.io

∙ Train students on authentication (JWT, OAuth), RBAC, and secure coding practices

∙ Conduct DevOps sessions on Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes basics, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins)

∙ Guide students in deploying apps on AWS EC2, Firebase Hosting, and serverless platforms

∙ Mentor students through hands-on labs, assessments, and full-stack capstone projects

Required Skills

∙ Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js

∙ Knowledge of microservices, serverless functions, AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions

∙ Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, and cloud deployment ∙ Good understanding of OAuth, JWT, and API security

Qualifications

∙ M.Tech or MCA preferably (B.Tech + M.Tech)

∙ 2–5 years’ experience in full-stack development or training

∙ Strong communication and mentoring skills
