Technical trainer

We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer with strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Forms & Reports. The ideal candidate should have hands-on training experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, practical-oriented training sessions to students or professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and/or online training on:
SQL
PL/SQL
Oracle APEX
Oracle Forms & Reports
Design and update training content, course materials, presentations, and hands-on labs.
Conduct practical sessions, demos, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor trainees and provide guidance on real-time project scenarios.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle tools, features, and industry trends.
Support trainees with interview preparation and technical queries (if required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer in Oracle technologies.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
SQL & PL/SQL
Oracle APEX
Oracle Forms & Reports
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
Experience in preparing training manuals, exercises, and real-time use cases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in training freshers and working professionals.
Oracle certification(s) will be an added advantage.
Exposure to real-time Oracle projects.
